We aim to get some of the best development sites on the Sunshine Coast, both for our clients (landowners & developers) and for our own development projects. Our comprehensive development services include but are not limited to land acquisition, feasibility, design, statutory approvals, professional consultant team, tender process, builder selection, overseeing construction, and project management.
Some of the strategies that SPG Property Group include renovation, new construction of houses, and selling sites with development approval.
Simon is a passionate and driven professional, who has spent over 20 years working as a Development Manager for some developers in London and Sunshine Coast. He is an energetic and knowledgeable property expert and also received a variety of industry and design awards.
Simon has completed a range of tertiary studies including an Advanced Diploma in Building & Construction (Management), BSc in Architecture, and holds QBCC -Building Design – Open, QBCC Builder – Project Management Services Licence, QBCC Builder Open – Site Supervisor Licence as well Licenced Real Estate Agent (QLD)
Simon is also a Business owner successful Award-Winning Building Design Practice and Property Buyers Agent in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane last 12 years.
Since launching SPG Property Group, Simon has been delivering boutique projects on the Sunshine Coast.
