Simon has over 24 years of expertise in Architectural Design, Building Surveying, Project, Development and Construction Management.
In his professional career, Simon qualified as a Architectural Designer and Project Manager in London, and was previously a Project Architect at the ‘Top 10’ UK Architect firm tp bennett and Project Manager at Kier Group (Mouchel) ,a leading provider of infrastructure services, construction and property developments .
Many of you will know Simon as a Multi-Award Winning Building Designer on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane as Principal Designer in his practice – SSB Design Studio. Frequently clients, especially those who have bought property to renovate, have said to him “I wish you had been with me when we purchased this property……..we probably wouldn’t have bothered….it is way out of our knowledge base!”.
As a Licenced Real Estate Agent and always looking for new challenges, the opportunity to become a Buyers Agent was just too much of a draw card.
Many people are usually time poor and have tried and failed to get the right property at the right price in the right location within the right time-frame.
